The Valspar Championship 2025 kicks off this week (March 20th - 23rd 2025). 156 Players - including 24 of the the worlds top 50 golfers - will head to the Innisbrook Resort (Copperhead Course) in Palm Harbor, Florida, hoping to take home the trophy, FedEx points and the largest share of the $8.7 million purse.
Where is the Valspar Championship held?
The Valspar Championship 2025 take place at the Innisbrook Resort (Copperhead Course). This course was built in 1974 by architects Larry Packard and Jerry Pate. The par-71 course spans 7,209 yards with a Rating of 75.9 and Slope of 142.
In order to place well the golfers will need to successfully navigate the Snake Pit, the final three holes of the golf course. So famous, it has its own statue and plaque reading "You are entering the Snake Pit".

The winner of the Valspar Championship 2024 was Peter Malnati who shot a 272 (-12) across the four rounds to finish just two shots ahead of Cameron Young who carded 274 (-14).
Is there a cut at the Valspar Championship?
Yes, after two rounds (36 holes) the field will be cut to just the top 65 scoring golfers plus ties. The score required to make the cut in the Valspar Championship last year was level par (E).
Can I watch the Valspar Championship 2025 on TV in the UK?
All four rounds of the Valspar Championship will be shown live on Sky Sports Golf in the UK. Coverage will start at 18:00GMT on Thursday and Friday and at 17:00GMT over the weekend.
Can I watch the Valspar Championship 2025 on TV in the US?
The First two rounds (Thursday 20th March - Friday 21st March) will be aired exclusively on the Golf Channel in the US, whereas the final two rounds will be split between the Golf Channel and NBC. Coverage will start on the Golf Channel from 1 PM to 3 PM ET, with NBC taking over from 3 PM to 6 PM ET.
